Dr. Lauren Hernandez
MD Physician
Dr. Hernandez is a board-certified pediatrician with specialized training in genomic medicine. Her journey towards advocating for holistic health began with her own experiences, driving her to develop nutritional and wellness programs for her family, friends, and patients. Emphasizing preventive medicine, she focuses on optimizing health across all ages to preempt disease onset.
Married to a fitness trainer and basketball coach, Dr. Hernandez and her husband nurture three boys who embody mindful health practices through nutrition and physical strength. She envisions the future of medicine geared towards transforming children’s and families’ health trajectories.
Dr. Hernandez champions the Direct Primary Care model as pivotal in advancing healthcare delivery, believing it enhances patient outcomes and community well-being. Leveraging DNA genomics and insights from the gut microbiome, she promotes sustainable lifestyle adjustments that mitigate disease risks.
Recognizing the value of natural approaches, Dr. Hernandez integrates complementary nutraceuticals to support children’s health, offering alternatives or complements to conventional medications. Her commitment lies in forging a healthier future through proactive, personalized healthcare strategies.
Dr. Megan Landry
MD Physician
Dr Landry is a board certified emergency medicine physician practicing emergency medicine for over 12 years. Through her experiences in the emergency department managing a patient population with multiple chronic disease processes, she developed an interest in how health care professionals can work to diagnose and treat the underlying cause of a disease process as opposed to just medicating it.
Her interest in preventive care intensified after her diagnosis of breast cancer with a particular interest in learning how to optimize her own health to prevent recurrence or metastasis of cancer. She has since obtained certification in genomic medicine and is now excited to provide personalized care to patients to optimize their health through testing, diet and lifestyle recommendations and neutraceuticals.

Kendall Connick
APRN
Kendall Connick is a board certified advanced practice family nurse practitioner and has a certification in genomic medicine.
Kendall was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
Kendall’s journey to health and wellness has been lifelong, always placing value on exercise at a young age. She started understanding her own goals for longevity after receiving her results and changing her diet with the addition of supplements to improve her quality of life and energy. Through her journey, she realized the importance of improving health and preventing disease starting with her husband and their two children, a teenage son and 5 year old daughter.
Kendall understands the importance of a triangle approach to individualized care in children and adults, which includes gut mapping of the microbiome, DNA genomics and labs. She also explores the need for food sensitivity testing, saliva hormone testing, hormone replacement therapy, and brain health using the Evoke system.
Using an integrative approach to care, from the infancy to older adults, has been the most rewarding aspect of her career. She looks forward to meeting with you and your families to optimize health and wellness allowing you and your family to live longer, healthier lives.
